Returns

Returns the resumed Monitor. The monitor scores only the sessions that close after the resume. Resuming works from any status. Resuming a monitor that is already active returns it unchanged. If its monthly credit cap is used up or the organization is out of credits, the next scan sets CAPPED or NO_CREDITS again. The API refuses the call when the monitor does not exist or you cannot edit it.
